100 Word Challenge

Everybody had heard the story. A TV crew went missing without a trace while they were filming a documentary in our forest.
A few weeks later, I was strolling through the forest when I stumbled upon a camera set up for filming. When I pressed play, the small camera screen showed a smiling man. He was talking about different species of plants when he discovered a peculiar plant that he had never seen before. He picked it up, a drop of blood hit the leafy ground, and he immediately vanished. The cameraman started shouting and ran to inspect the plant. He also picked it up and he too disappeared. The video blurred to an end. I looked down and there lay the green, round and spiky mysterious plant. I turned and ran for my life.

I had success today when I went up in assembly and presented the learning prefect video. I also improved on my guitar skills in music.
In technology I think our group could be a bit more cooperative.
Next week I will try not to tell myself that I can't do things and instead approach things with a more can do attitude.

Against the pink sky of dawn

I could see

the silhouette of a unicorn

He turned his head to look at me

And glimmering was his golden horn

He stood so alone and free

Against the blue sky of day

I could see

A unicorn in the sun’s ray

But as the light began to flee

The unicorn galloped away

As graceful as could be

gone was the day

And so was he

Against the black sky of night

I couldn’t see

A unicorn in sight

Only the shadow of a tree

…’when did it arrive?’ I said

I was sitting in my bedroom on my bed. I was home alone. Suddenly I heard a strange noise that sounded like a creaking door.

I opened my bedroom door cautiously and crept into the living room. I looked out the window. There was a black car with tinted windows parked on my drive.

Frantically I rang mum. I told her about the car. She asked “But when did it arrive?”

“I said I don’t know!” I yelled. All of a sudden the phone went dead and all the lights blacked out. I could hear the footsteps of someone approaching...

100 Word Challenge

SHOUTED    CRIMSON MISTY    FRANTICALLY GRAVE

Misty and I were completing a perfect show jumping round. We were in good time and had cleared all of the jumps that we had tackled. As we approached the fifth jump, she put in a refusal and it all went downhill from there. A large double with red and blue poles was next. I felt her stride falter but I kept her on the jump. Suddenly she shied to the left and I tumbled onto the jump with a crash. I saw crimson blood spilling over my white jodhpurs and I screamed frantically. The course official ran over, her face grave and concerned. “Call 111,” she shouted. Her face blurred as I drifted into unconsciousness.

Where did you meet success, and who might benefit most from what you've learnt along the way?

Today in technology I had success making our market day emoji pillows because I was pleased with the result. My group can benefit from that because more people will come to our store if we have good products.
